We Provide

  • As your Randy's Roofing Services representative and advocate, I will assist you in filing a claim with your insurance company. The insurance company will assign an adjuster to come to your home and inspect your roof for damage.

 • The adjuster will call you to schedule the inspection of your roof and any other damage that may have occurred  by the storm. State law requires that you are contacted within 72 hours of making a claim.

 • Once the insurance adjuster calls to schedule an appointment for inspection, PLEASE call your Randy's Roofing Services representative as soon as you have your appointment date and time. This is very important. 

 • Your Randy's Roofing Services representative will arrive  before your scheduled appointment to meet with the insurance adjuster and discuss with, both you and your insurance adjuster, the adjuster's findings, as well as other damage the adjuster may have missed. Your roof will be marked with washable chalk to signify the areas of damage to your roof.

 • As your advocate, your Randy's Roofing Services representative will help you negotiate a fair and accurate assessment of damages so that you receive the maximum benefit for your loss.

 • Once the settlement has been reached, the adjuster will send you a full written report of damages and settlement amounts. Along with the report, they usually send you a check for a portion of the damages. This first check has your deductible and any depreciation subtracted from the check. Depending upon the amount of damage and your mortgage company, your mortgage company may be added as a payee on your check. Your Randy's Roofing Services representative is available to assist you in getting your check endorsed by the mortgage company, if needed.

 • During this time, your Randy's Roofing Services representative will also be available to help with getting your HOA approval and any permits that may be required for your roof replacement. Other trades (gutters, screens, fence staining, etc.) may be scheduled by your representative in the order necessary to smoothly complete your repairs. Your roof replacement and other trades will all be completed by skilled and experienced craftsmen; all while being overseen by your Randy's Roofing Services representative.

 • Finally, our claims experts will send a copy of your completed invoice to your insurance company. Once your insurance company has received the invoice, they may call you to confirm the work is completed. After they are satisfied that all the work is done, they will send you your final check.
